East West Cafe

My kids and I really enjoyed coming in this last week. So much so that we came back a couple days later with my husband. Food and drinks tasted the same…fantastic! My kids each had a breakfast sandwich , my husband a wrap and I had the Greek omelette. All of which was very good. I just wish the service was as good as the first time. The morning staff today just weren’t as friendly.

As an avid food enthusiast with a deep appreciation for Turkish cuisine, I recently had the pleasure of visiting East West Cafe, a delightful Turkish breakfast coffee shop that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere at East West Cafe is a perfect blend of modern and cozy. The tasteful decor, adorned with Turkish motifs and subtle hints of the East and West, creates a charming and inviting ambiance. The combination of comfortable seating, soft lighting, and soothing background music sets the stage for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. The staff at East West Cafe are exceptional. From the warm greetings to their extensive knowledge of the menu, they made me feel welcome and attended to every step of the way. Their genuine enthusiasm and passion for Turkish cuisine were evident in their recommendations and willingness to answer any questions I had.

This was only my second visit to East West Cafe but I was impressed by the efficient and friendly service. Within a minute of walking in, a staff member greeted me and helped me with my order. There were plenty of seats available both indoor and outdoor. I ordered an iced latte paired with the smoked salmon omelette. Both of which were delicious. This is a great place to sit and sip coffee, meet up for lunch or study. I’ll be sure to return in the future!

It’s a nice place to study and eat. Unfortunately, cleanliness matters are not taken seriously here. The tables, chairs, and floors must be cleaned and sanitized. The smell is unpleasant, and I do not know why it is hard to have such a clean place. Also, I would recommend the owners put more Turkish atmosphere in the store—whether the sounds, music is chosen, or decoration. I also recommend that the music played should be carefully selected as some music played contains many non-polite words. The food is delicious, but the salad is not pleasant. It was not fresh, and I believe the same knife that cuts onions is used for the salad. The Turkish coffee does not taste Turkish; the tea, however, is fabulous. Regarding the tea, I do not understand why when I asked for a small teapot, I had to pay $8 (the same price for the big tea)! When I asked about it, I was informed that it depends on the number of people at the table! So, I do not understand the idea of why I cannot take the big pot because I’m alone.
